How do I report a bug or crash?

Email support@pokerurmemory.com with your device model, operating system version, and a short description of what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots or screen recordings help us a lot.

Is PokerUrMemory really free?

Yes. PokerUrMemory is free to download and play on iOS, Android, and in your browser. There is no real-money gambling and no wagering of any kind.

How do I delete my account or data?

Email privacy@pokerurmemory.com from the address associated with your account and let us know you'd like your data deleted. We'll verify your request and process it within the timeframe required by law.

I lost my progress: can you help?

If you were signed in, your progress is saved to your account and should sync when you sign back in. If you played as a guest in a browser, clearing site data can remove local progress. Contact support and we'll do our best to help.
